I suggest after the first no show, remind them of your no show fees but don’t charge them if they want to come back and you want to keep them as a client. Then if they do this a second time, you can send this text and they can’t say they didn’t know.
Always manage client expectations by educating them. Let them know your polices when they book, when they come in have them sign again, have it in their reminders and confirmations.
